Departure Point Check-In and Embarkation:

• Parking available at the Clansman Hotel (free of charge, but limited during peak season).
• Recommended arrival time: 30 minutes before departure during summer season.
• Overflow parking, if needed, is approximately a 15-minute walk on uneven terrain.
• Coach parking at the Clansman Hotel car park on the right-hand side.

• Passengers proceed on foot from the car park through the underpass under the road to the harbour (narrow path, uneven terrain in places, approximately 15 steps).

• Approach the friendly shore crew and provide the name under which reservation was made

• After confirming your reservation details, the shore crew will hand you the Yellow Round Trip boarding card
• If necessary present your booking confirmation or reservation
• Once checked in, proceed to the designated boarding area
• Keep the yellow boarding card in safe and easily accessible place
• Once boarding starts crew will collect card from you
• Board the boat and find comfortable place
• Listen to safety announcement and instructions provided by the crew

Reminder about Urquhart Castle Stop:

• The boat will dock briefly at the castle, offering a fantastic opportunity to capture stunning photos of this iconic ruin from the water
• Passengers with yellow tickets should not disembark at Urquhart Castle
• Urquhart Castle entry is not included in the round trip Inspiration cruise

Disabled Access and Clansman Harbour:

• Cruises from Clansman Harbour are not wheelchair accessible or suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
• Steps and a steep hill with uneven ground leading to the departure point.
• Ticket office and friendly shore crew happy to assist at the harbour
• No covered areas, toilets or designated seating places apart from small shelter by the quayside
• Restaurant, gift shop, toilets and other facilities available in the Clansman Hotel.
